Because our products are custom printed to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. To ensure your order is correct every time, we will provide you with a digital proof before we print. Screens, printers and substrates have various properties that can change the appearance of colors from the screen to the final printed good. Colors in digital proofs are not an exact match and intended only to provide an approximate representation of what to expect. We make no guarantee of color matching. We encourage you to purchase a printed proof if color precision is a priority.
No refunds will be issued for products after a digital proof has been approved.
