At Rose x Trowel, we offer General Creative & Technical Support to bridge the gap. This is your flexible resource for getting it done. Whether it is the creative tweaks or the technical fixes, we track our time transparently and execute your request with the same level of care as a major project.
Common uses for a Billable Hour:

Graphic Design: Resizing ads, text edits on existing flyers, or file conversions.

Website Maintenance: Swapping out team photos, updating blog posts, or minor CSS tweaks.

Technical Support: Troubleshooting email connections, DNS settings, or plugin conflicts.

Vendor Coordination: communicating with third-party printers or software providers on your behalf.
How it works:

Purchase: Add the estimated number of hours to your cart. Not sure? Start with 1 to initiate a work order We will let you know if we think additional time is needed before we begin working.

Request: Submit your detailed request via the checkout notes or your client portal.

Execution: We track our time against your prepaid balance.

Overage: If a task looks like it will exceed your purchased time, we will notify you for approval before continuing.
The Minimum Engagement Rule:

Standard Clients: There is a strictly enforced one-hour minimum for all new support tickets. Even if a task takes 15 minutes, the minimum billable engagement to open a ticket and context-switch into your project is one hour.

Priority Clients: Your retainer allows for more flexible fractional billing. Please refer to your contract terms for minimums.
