Think of this as the foundation that allows the creative work to happen seamlessly. It ensures that when you need us, we are ready to jump in without administrative friction.

This engagement support includes:

• Historical File Archiving: We maintain a secure, organized digital library of your past project files and brand assets. If you lose a logo file or need a flyer from three years ago, we have it protected and ready for retrieval for the life of your partnership with Rose x Trowel and up to 1 year after.

• Account Administration: Covers the overhead of maintaining your client portal, billing profiles, and contract status, ensuring immediate access to agency resources.

• Ongoing Customer Service: Provides you with a direct line for general inquiries, guidance, and support that falls outside the scope of specific billable projects.
