While our name has evolved, our roots run deep. Rose x Trowel is the brand identity for Carlene Can, LLC, founded on January 7, 2016.
What started as a streamlined funnel for freelance graphic design has matured into a comprehensive creative and strategy service provider. As we enter our second decade of business, the transition from "Carlene Can" to "Rose x Trowel" celebrates our evolution from a solo design practice into a multi-disciplinary partner for small businesses. We’ve grown from handling single design tasks to building entire brand ecosystems.
Rose and Trowel's mission is to support family-owned businesses through high-quality, professional marketing strategies and deliverables that promote sustained small business growth.
